Viognier
Recently discovered, Viognier has a huge potential when it comes to the making of fine wine. Of mysterious origin and hard to grow, this grapevine is capable of producing concentrated voluminous wines with a remarkable floral aroma, reminiscent of magnolia and honeysuckle, and fruity aroma, like peach and apricot.
In general, it is drunk in its first years of life in order to appreciate all the splendor of this grape. With a strong structure, it has a long aftertaste.
In our country, only some wineries dare to produce wines with this grapevine.

Cluster: small and compact.
Grapes: medium-sized, ovoid and pointed shape and yellowish green in color.
Ripeness: early
