Muy bien equipadas, confortables y bien diseñadas. Tienen todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía muy confortable. Están a unos 24 km del centro de San Martín de Los Andes, camino al cerro Chapelco. En invierno acceder al cerro es más sencillo xq hay menos tránsito en ese tramo.
