Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, complete kitchenware, television, ceiling fans in every room, heating, air conditioning in each bedroom, emergency lighting, and differential circuit breaker. Included services are bed linen and towels with change, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi internet. Optional services such as housekeeping, laundry, catering, and breakfast are also available upon request.

The shared areas of the complex include a swimming pool with deck and sunbathing area, a covered barbecue pavilion, garden, and children's playground, all ideal for families and groups looking to make the most of their stay in Santa Rosa de Calamuchita.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, and in case of cancellation, the paid amount is applied as credit toward a future booking within the following 12 months, subject to availability.
