Spread over two floors, the house features generous spaces, bright rooms, and a layout designed for familiesgroups of up to 8 people. The ground floor includes a living-dining area with an integrated kitchen and indoor grill, guest toilet, cold room, and access to a terrace with barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals with mountain views.
There is also a fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer.

Step outside and put on your skis—this home provides direct access to the neighborhood's two private ski slopes:
• A 400 m slope with T-bar and magic carpet (ideal for beginners and children)
• A longer 750 m slope with greater incline and triple chairlift, designed for intermediate and advanced skiers
