Ladera Sur Casas en Chapelco is a cabin accommodation located within Las Pendientes Ski Village, a private mountain village situated on the slopes of Cerro Chapelco, 22 km from the city of San Martín de los Andes and just 3 km from the resort's recreational center. The houses are positioned directly on the main ski run, surrounded by a native forest of century-old lenga beeches and with direct views of the Andes mountain range and Lanín Volcano. The property offers a complete mountain experience in both winter and summer, with access to ski slopes, outdoor activities, and direct connection to the Seven Lakes Route and the Three Parks.

The cabins at Ladera Sur are designed to provide full comfort within a natural setting. Each house features:

In summer, guests can drive directly to the cabin doors and park in the private lot in front of the houses. In winter, vehicles are left at the Transfer Unit parking area and the property's own snow vehicles transport guests to the houses, as the village's internal roads are exclusively accessible to specialized snow vehicles. Snow chains are recommended during the winter season, as they may be required by Border Controlsecurity personnel.

During the ski season, guests staying at Las Pendientes have preferential access to weekly ski pass purchases, and their invited guests can purchase day passes. The village also has its own lift system and 5 km of private slopes. In summer, the area offers a wide variety of activities: the Cerro Chapelco Complex, just 3 km away, features archery, a bike park, horseback riding, a climbing wall, high jump, canopy, mini-golf, and a giant slide. From Ladera Sur, guests can also arrange fly fishing excursions, rafting, ascents of Lanín Volcano and Cerro Colorado, rock climbing, diving, and boat trips, among other options. The proximity to the Seven Lakes Route and the Three Parks along Ruta 40 makes the accommodation an ideal base for exploring the Andean Patagonia region.

For grocery shopping, it is recommended to stock up at supermarkets in San Martín de los Andes before heading up the mountain, as only a small convenience store operates within the village during the winter season. The water at the houses is filtered and treated, though the property recommends drinking bottled mineral water.
