This venture operates from a picturesque log cabin, the starting point for various activities in the middle of the snowy forest. A proposal that fuses nature, adventure and tenderness in contact with huskies, ideal for the whole family, couples and groups of friends.
One of the star activities are the husky dog sled rides, where you travel through the lenga forest aboard a sled pulled by Alaskan and Siberian Huskies, guided by an expert musher. The trip lasts between 20 and 30 minutes, during which you will discover secrets about the flora, fauna and ancestral history of these polar breeds. Each sled can carry one adult,one adult with a child, provided that the weight does not exceed 90-100 kg.
Another adventure not to be missed are the snowshoe hikes, suitable for all ages and with no need for previous experience. Equipped with poles and snowshoes, visitors travel through streams, light climbs, descents and reach panoramic viewpoints of the environment, accompanied by specialized guides, connecting with the mountain in a slow and ecological way.
In addition, there are snowtruck rides through the snowy forest, and in summer the Husky Park, where you can learn about the Husky world in depth: their breeding, customs and a recreational area for puppies.
The Husky Forest operates every day during the snowy season - from June to Septemberearly October - with departures every half hour from 9:30 am to 5 pm. It is a low level activity, perfect for families; it is not recommended for pregnant women.
For these activities it is necessary to purchase a gondola pass at Platform 1600. The sleigh rides cost approximately ARS 140,000-400 per personfamily group, and the hikes also have a separate fee; some combos offer a discount if both experiences are contracted.
