This accommodation in San Martín de los Andes is just 10 minutes from the town center (approximately 5 km) and only 5 blocks from Ruta Nacional 40 and a convenient commercial area with access to a supermarket, YPF service station, and other nearby shops.

The complex offers two unit types based on capacity:
• House 1: equipped for up to 5 guests
• House 2: equipped for up to 4 guests

Both houses share the same two-story layout. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and freezer, along with a dining area, a living room with a TV with Cotesma Play streaming service, and a half bathroom. The upper floor includes a main bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe, and a full bathroom with a bathtub.
