La Colorada is a mountain house located in the private neighborhood of Las Pendientes, on the slopes of Cerro Chapelco, in San Martín de los Andes, Neuquén. This accommodation spread across three levels offers capacity for two families, with independent bedrooms, spacious common areas, and direct views of Lanín Volcano and Chapelco itself. Its design blends rustic mountain style with modern amenities, set within a Patagonian forest just minutes from the ski slopes and the region's main hiking trails.

The accommodation is organized across a basement level, ground floor, and loft, offering a total of four sleeping options:
• En-suite bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom, desk, and wardrobe, with an independent entrance from outside.
• Bedroom with two bunk beds and a full bathroom, designed for childrenteenagers, also on the lower level.
• Ground floor living and dining area with a fireplace, access to a fully equipped kitchen, and a third full bathroom.
• Loft with a Queen double bed and a bunk bed, as an additional sleeping space.

The ground floor brings together the shared living spaces: the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy for groups, while the spacious living and dining room with a wood-burning fireplace becomes the natural gathering point on mountain evenings. The lower level includes a laundry area and an independent entrance, making it easy for different groups sharing the accommodation to move around comfortably.

La Colorada is located in Las Pendientes, a private neighborhood on the slopes of Cerro Chapelco, a few kilometers from the center of San Martín de los Andes. The surroundings provide direct access to Cerro Chapelco Ski & Resort during winter, as well as hiking trails, mountain biking, and activities on Lago Lacar throughout the summer. Views of Lanín Volcano — declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve — are visible from the various rooms throughout the house.
