This beautiful church, standing opposite the main square, is one of the jewels in the City of Victoria. In addition to going to mass, visitors may go in and appreciate its architectural features.
The City of Victoria in Entre Ríos has incredible natural attractions to rest and enjoy a wide range of activities. A marvelous city with a life of its own.
Victoria is known as “the city of ironwork” and not because it is not safe but because fashion made its first dwellers choose this kind of decoration for their houses and institutions.
“Pray and work” has been the motto of the Benedictine monks at the Child Jesus Abbey for decades. It is a place worth visiting in order to understand what all this is about.
Towards the south of the city there is a neighbourhood called Las Caleras or 5th Barrack. This was the first Spanish settlement in Victorian lands and the Basques were the first to arrive there.
Within the tourist resort El Molino there is one of the best spas in the city of Victoria. La Calma is a place where it is still possible to relax and forget about everything.

Mount Matanza and the Ombú woodland are a rare natural phenomenon. In normal conditions, the ombú is a solitary tree that grows in the Argentinian pampas.
Victoria offers a wide variety of fish for those who love fishing, from the big dorado to the keen yellow catfish.

Gualeguaychú Carnival
Each summer, during the months of January and February, the City of Gualeguaychú dresses up to present one of the most expected shows in the area: the Carnival of the Country, which summons thousands of enthusiasts that enjoy the brightness, the joy, the thrill and the rhythm of the comparsas parading before them at the local corsódromo runway.
