In the center of the City of Humahuaca, next to the bus station, “La Terminal” coffee-shop and restaurant invites visitors to taste its excellent regional food: humitas, tamales, llama tenderloin, locro, lamb casserole, etc. Among our specialties, homemade pasta stands out: sorrentini filled with quinoa and goat cheese, ham, curd and nuts, four cheese varieties; ravioli, tagliatelle...
