The facilities and services include a spacious full kitchen (equipped with mixer, juicer, refrigerator with freezer and microwave oven), an adjoining space overlooking the lawn, carport for two trucks, grill, masonry oven, spacious shady area for barbecues in the 8,000-square-meter lawn with an old tree grove and fruit trees, a swimming-pool measuring 6 by 12 meters, football pitch, deck chairs, hammocks, table tennis table, satellite TV, alarm and safe box.
