The first settlers were able to maintain their own traditions for a long time, even after the arrival of people from other cultures that gave Trevelin a distinctive profile of its own when they mixed with the Welsh settlers, what is reflected in the sample exhibited in the Museum in the elements of the colonization and life of those times, thanks to the effort of the descendants of those first settlers, who organized this Museum in an old Flour Mill out of use.
In the different rooms you will find a big quantity of domestic utensiles such as crockery, furniture, medical instruments of the time, old cameras, musical instruments, and several traditional elements of the Welsh culture. |

There is also an important collection of dresses and accesories, many of which are Welsh and date from the XIX century , as well as other objects of different origins that testimony the habits of the population of Trevelin at the end of the XIX century and the beginning of the XX century. |
