And they succeed in preparing excellent dishes, among which all varieties of pasta and sauce –some of them very innovative- stand out. They can delight even the most prestigious chefs of Italian cuisine.

The first Marchigiana is located in the very center of the Province of Mendoza, a few meters away from San Martín Square, the main square in the city. At this spot, a spacious well-illuminated venue has been welcoming customers for years. Dishes such as lasagna ai quattro formaggi, pasta di ceppia with seafood cream, paglia e fieno a la papalina, capelletti Caruso, gnocchi all’uso nostro and agnellotti in cream are some of the most popular.

A private wine cellar is open for various activities such as wine tasting sessions, workshops, courses, theme lectures, private meetings, birthdays parties, business presentations and other events.

As it was to be expected, La Marchigiana Palmares was created close to the wineries and heading for the mountains. Thus, the business continues to grow and customers have the chance to discover a new space with a comfortable deck outdoors, ideal to enjoy with friends and the family.
