 Description:
There are few places that preserve their primitive charm. One of them is the scenery surrounding Colomé. The estancia located in one of the highest vineyards in the world belongs to the Hess Group, owners of the Colomé wineries. In harmony with the natural environment, Colomé proposes relaxation and interesting programs. Cozy and restful rooms, galleries and terraces sheltered by shady old trees, high country cuisine designed from ingredients grown in a biodynamical fashion at the venue are the distinctive hallmark of the house. Visits to the winery, horseback excursions across the valleys of Salta and sunsets at the swimming-pool in the open sky turn Colomé into a unique site.

 Description:
Its history goes back to the times of the Jesuits, who built this estancia around 1700. The successive donations caused the shell to be separated from the estancia and meters from the center of Tafí. The glassless windows let the landscape in and the lattices carved with the names of relatives and friends of the Peña Guzmán family share their past with the guests. The warm assistance and the various activities, among which the rides across the valley and the Quilmes ruins stand out, turn this estancia into an adorable site for a rest.
