Concordia Carnival

Location: Corsódromo, ex Estación Norte, Av.San Lorenzo y ex Gobernador Cresto
Date: From 01/20/2018 - Thru 02/24/2018

During all the weekends in January and February, 2018, Concordia dresses up in Carnival clothes.

There is no doubt that the City of Concordia is one of the most representative of the way people in Entre Ríos feel. The beauty of its beaches, the warmth of the Uruguay River and its dorados and, especially, the prominent role played by its denizens in the various social and cultural manifestations held in the district.

If there is an event capable of demonstrating this maxim, that is Carnival of Concordia. The city has its own corsódromo, which is the venue where the parades take place. It can accommodate 15,000 people and features a track that makes all the neighbors feel proud.

Some of the associations or comparsas that compete year after year to choose the best one are Ráfaga, Emperatriz, Arlequín, Unisur, Imperio and Bella Samba.

All of them have their own attributes and history, based on the experience of years of sequins, floats, feathers, decorations and movements that invite each spectator to take part in the rhythm and feel they belong as they enjoy the night and the magical brightness that Carnival brings to these lands without any prejudice.
